I have 20 years experience in the industry, first as a Texture Artist and Environment Artist, then as a Lead Artist, and now as Craft Director/Art Director.
For over 16 years I have been leading teams and directing visual development on titles running the gamut of artistic and gameplay styles. As an IC I have experience developing for a range of platforms, including PC, Console and handheld devices.
I am a traditionally trained artist, with an excellent eye for composition and detail. My particular specialty is in Fantasy or Sci-Fi open world environments with textural or painterly styles. I have extensive experience with scene lighting, palette creation, biome creation, R&D and outsource management.
I am well versed in story telling, world building and character development, and will challenge norms when directing character design. I am passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and will carry these ideals into product development, hiring practices and cultural advancement in any organization I am part of.
